Mr. Oakley provided construction management/site development services to Life's Work of Western PA. He coordinated and attended dozens of site visits, real estate meetings, and offered lease negotiation advice. In his dealings with realtors, landlords, funders, and other City of Pittsburgh agency representatives, Robert always displayed a high degree of integrity and professionalism.  His work resulted in the compilation of accurate information that will allow Life's Work to make a logical and practical decision in pursuing our site development endeavors.
